- not using it effectively,

- a sense of constantly racing.
Commonly, I hear clients talking about their time as if they are a passenger in their 'time car'. It is when we let our work, our partner, our family into the drivers seat that often we begin to feel out of control. When you break life down to the bare bones, it truly is a series of choices. Everything you do, or don't do, is a choice. At the end of the day it all comes down to you.
